He is the luckiest player in the IPL

The Indian Premier League is the most successful outing tournament in the World T20 League. Every cricketer in the world dreams of playing at least one of these.

 

 But it is not uncommon for some teams to be lucky and eventually be on the team that wins the cup.  Kern Sharma is the luckiest player.  He played for Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2016.  Sunrisers Hyderabad won the cup this year.

 

 In 2017, he played for the Mumbai Indians.

 

 Mumbai Indians won the cup that year.


 In 2018, he played for Chennai Super Kings.

 

 Chennai won the Super Kings Cup that year.  Kern Sharma is the only player to win the cup for three different teams in three consecutive seasons.


 He then played for Chennai Super Kings in 2019,2020 but did not get much of a chance.


 He was then a member of the winning team when he won the 2021 Chennai Super Kings Team Cup again.

 And this year he is playing for the Lucknow Super Giants team.

Quintown Decock - KL Rahul duo record highest opening partnership in Indian Premier League

Lucknow Super Giants openers Quinton Decock and KL Rahul recorded a massive 210-run partnership in the match between Lucknow Super Giants and Calcutta Knight Riders as part of IPL 2022. This is the highest opening partnership in the history of the Indian Premier League so far. Former Sunrisers Hyderabad openers Johnny Bairstow and David Warner's partnership of 185 is the highest opening partnership in the IPL so far.  The opening partnership was recorded in 2019 against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Both the openers scored centuries in this match.
